HEAD OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Eugene C. Balogh
Dr. Balogh graduated with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry. He was a four year member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the optometry honor society.
In addition to an excellent academic track record, Dr. Balogh has trained in a variety of clinical settings including Madigan Army Medical Center at Fort Lewis, the Roseburg VA hospital in Roseburg, OR, the Barnett Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Phoenix, AZ, and at several university affiliated clinics in the Portland, OR area. These varied experiences have given him a well rounded clinical background and excellent experience with the management of eye changes caused by diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure, macular degeneration and glaucoma. Dr. Balogh has also had extensive experience with pre and post operative care of cataract and refractive surgery (LASIK) patients.
Dr. Balogh enjoyed a brief but rewarding career as an elementary school teacher prior to his optometric career and enjoys working with patients of all ages. In his spare time he enjoys hiking, home improvement projects, and spending time with his wife, two children, and Piper, the family dog.
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Kimberly Pandiangan
Dr. Pandiangan was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. She attended University of Washington for her undergraduate degree in Early Childhood & Family Studies and graduated from Southern California College of Optometry for her doctorate of optometry.
OPTOMETRIST
Dr. Sevda Topalova
After earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from The University of Montreal School of Optometry, Dr. Topalova moved to Seattle and has been practicing in Washington since 2007.
During her career, she has had extensive experience in primary eye care, ocular disease and eye surgery co-management. Dr. Topalova has successfully fitted countless glasses and contact lenses.
In her spare time she enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her husband, daughter and the new family dog – Zoro.
Dr. Topalova provides services in English, French, Spanish, Russian and Bulgarian.
